Okay I totally woke up late ughhh then rushed out of the house and got to SYFC like, 8min late? OTL. FORTUNATELY (okay not really but given the circumstances and that we eventually took off) we had to hold take off 'cos of the weather (it was very drab and gray). Checked my stuff again, plane changed to Foxtrot 'cos Juliet had ome engine problem or something. (Also I think Foxtrot was suspicious people kept asking Raman how the plane was hurm.)
So after a while suddenly De Witt said "GO. GO FLY!" and the entire Ops Room cleared out HAHA then there was this general rush of activity as we all ran out to do checks. Aparently shortly after that Raman came out and said "WEATHER LIKE THAT HOW TO FLY" and went back in then we got called back LOL.
So yea we just hoboed around a bit more then again "GO FLY!" and there was another flurry of activity as we all went to do checks again lolol. But this time we could actually fly! Oh yeaaa.
Js I was number 5 for taxi and instantly I was like FUCK. I didn't even know how I managed lol but yea MADE IT IN THE END, JUST BARELY. Also I think Raman and Liew KP taxi very differently lol JUST SAYING. Like it's the same plane! How different can stepping on brakes be! APPARENTLY, VERY. But yea I was a bit uncomfortable at first but when I taxied back it was okay. Also when I R/Ted for taxi to Bravo Ground was like "WELL, BRAVO'S CLOSED." and I just blanked out confused so I requested Alpha instead although I SERIOUSLY DID NOT UNDERSTAND HOW I COULD CLIMB/DESCEND IN ALPHA. Plus there were like tons of planes going out today so yeaaa.
SO ANYWAY followed through take off, then after that when we were over Seletar Island I reached up to change frequency (Raman was flying most of it anyway) and Raman stopped me, then he R/Ted to ATC to land 'cos the weather sucked (too many clouds) and Bravo was closed so I couldn't do my air exercise.
WELL, FUCK.
Also ATC was fucking confused that day lol there was a lot of activity though I kept waiting for everyone to stop talking to I could R/T (plus I was trying to listen out lolol I AM LEARNING TO BE A CONSCIOUS PERSON) but they just rambled on and onnn. But yea they thought me and Raman were doing circuits and cleared us for circuits and Raman was like "I'M LANDING" and we were super close to the ground SO YEA.
For some strange reason Raman requested WHISKEY ONE (I was like WAIT WHAT SERIOUSLY!?) but yea it was to point out stuff to me and familiarise myself with the airfield layout and to let me practise taxiing! And yea taxiing back was not bad this round I think! But yea managed to make it back and there were no marshallers so we had to request one.
ANYWAY so summary of what I did lol: TOOK OFF, LANDED. Ide.
Also I screwed up my checks! I kept lagging in between and had to be prompted a lot sigh I lack initiative ): And I kept missing stuff my brain seriously cmi today. My R/T was off also 'cos of brain cmi-ing lol and also PANICKING. Haha fuck seriously ATC was super busy today so I just sat there waiting and became a ball of nerrrrves. Plus when unconventional things happen I just blank out so yea AHH.
Next flight must do WAY better >< Must call Ops again over the weekend book next week's flights in a confused manner haha and also HOPEFULLY FLYING ON FRIDAY. Although I'm going to have to literally RUN OUT OF RJ HAHA we end at 1515 I must reach SYFC by... 1550. HAHA FUCK the van comes at 1530 okay I'm going to cab (TAXI HAHAHA) there if I fly on Friday.
THE WORST PART IS THAT. The weather isn't even that bad haha by 3rd wave it was perfect so ya. Oh well ): (Also I have clocked a lot of hours for 4 flights lol oops.)
BUT YEA okay going to have to mug harder and BE LESS OF A NERVOUS WRECK.
OH ALSO RELEVANT. I broke my nail on the plane! Ide. I think it was when draining fuel I couldn't. Now my nails are all short ahhh ):

WHO IS MILKY BUNNY? GOOD QUESTIONS. Also there is a moon! :D Omg the PV is gorgeous. Effects, sets, and lighting all combined. And she has bunny ears. Well. Hey her voice isn't bad. Oh gosh I love the PV it actually has a theme and isn't just PRETTY. And her makeup! Omg the video is super out of sync LOL. Her makeup makes her look like. A dead bride. In the sense that she's gorgeous but so pale and gaunt! But her makeup in the moon bunny scenes (!!!) makes her just look pretty. Oh gosh the reflected shadow!I quite like the song! Um I LOVE songs with dramatic strings so! And the PV's really pretty. I quite like this! Oh gosh I love the final chorus the layering of her voice so that there's 2 melody lines that actually work with each other. Omg her circle lenses though o.o

Also oh gosh oh gosh oh gosh of all the thoughts I have ever had about them I don't think this one ever existed but gosh. That is fabulous. The moment I heard it I saw it, because the little fucker is a panicker, just that he doesn't show it because he is a fucker. And I'm a panicker too, but well I never thought of it as a ~connection~ and more importantly I forgot how much this can control my life, and not just in the most banal of ways but it's literally an undercutting current throughout my life and I'm beginning to think my diction is gettin inaccurate. I'm really excited okay! Oh fuck. And while I am a panicker to the extreme degree and others most likely aren't so it's still a very relevant part of life.
Sometimes I forget that being a panicker doesn't necesitate that someone also must have low self-esteem and be constantly anxious. Anxiety is something I would think is altogether different from panicking; anxiety makes you think up horror stories before the first page even starts, panic makes you absorb reality in a sudden shock when you're at the climax. I'm panicky and anxiety-prone, which means that I am just a wreck, but most people are panickers or calm people, and sometimes I miss out on it because I'm too busy creating falsities in my head that never will happen.
Panicking. Which is honestly really fucking interesting. Fight or flight - it's a crazy part of our mind and while we always expound endlessly on other emotions, we never really look at panic. Maybe because it's such a fleeting moment and such a seemingly mundane moment in retrospect. But there's so much which panic causes - irrational decisions, hesitant action, mindless flailing - which can actually make it a ridiculously large (and perhaps overbearing) part of our lives.
Oh gosh. I'm just. AHHH.
I usually hate talking about anxiety and panic but someone just shed new light on the topic for me and just yes yes yes yes to all the meta.
