OH MY GOD GUYS I FINALLY GOT MY SKINNIES!
Um okay yesterday HAHA well let's just skip the talks (although the KI talk was incredibly cool omg I am actually like 1% tempted to be in KI now?) and also my singing (THERE WAS A LOT OF SINGING) but anyway I WALKED HOME FROM GATE 13 THAT DAY -PRIDE- and surprisingly it took me 15min! Going to school via MRT takes me HALF AN HOUR GUYS. Totally walking from now on but it was REALLY FUCKING HOT HAHA but in the morning it should be okay!
CAN I TALK ABOUT MY EXTENSIVE SHOPPING TRIP NOW LOLOL. Um guys please be really proud of me I SPENT MORE THAN 50SGD IN ONE SHOPPING TRIP OKAY! AHH!! I was going to spend like 100 LOL but I couldn't bring myself to do it.
ANYWAYS I have gotten my skinnies! I went to this ridiculous store which sold ONLY JEANS and it was pretty LQish but IT SOLD ONLY JEANS GUYS, and like 80% skinnies? They also sold denim skirts and shorts but meh those were expensive. ANYWAY they have this set price throughout the store it's crazy! ANYWAYS I have my skinnies, dark denim AS USUAL haha I'm so boring BUT YES FINAL-FUCKING-LY.
Also I got fake-high-tops LOLOL WHAT. They were super cheap omg I can't stand it and COMFY LIKE MAD they're super soft and I love them! Idk if I can wear them to school tho I hope so! Anyway it's ~fake~ because the top is permanently folded down lol but damn cute also haha okay I'm going mad BUT YES. Anyway when I tried it the salesperson just kind of went like, "okay 20 bucks" and I was like "wh - WHAT" because I am NOT A COMPULSIVE BUYER and she grabbed it and ran to the counter and I panicked at my mother "UM SHOULD I BUY IT" and mom was like "do you want it" and I said "I LIKE IT BUT - " "THEN JUST BUY IT." My mother: the ultimate hindrance to my life-long resolution of not being a compulsive buyer.
Also got a shirt and shorts from NET! And UM THE SHIRT'S MEN'S SIZE SO YEA I'M SCREWED but idrc IT WAS GORGEOUS it's a heart shaped out of the sentence 'I love you' in a huge amount of languages! MY FAVOURITE THINGS: typography, languages, shape text blocks (lolwhut), hearts, and love! I saw it and was like OH MY GOD I HAVE TO HAVE IT. Just! EVERYTHING I LOVE, OKAY.
Did some filing today (okay this is somewhat a lie I filed like 10 worksheets lolol) and sang Lotus as I went about my daly activities! SINGING. IS THE BEST. Guys always sing, okay, because singing is A+! Also considering drawing on my current canvases and I want to just write quotes on them from like songs and people and stuff! Ahhh. Idk I' going crazy. CLOTHES-CRAZY HAHAHAHA.
Also I have Sim 5 tomorrow! HAHA GONNA DIE okay no la it's quite okay I already know the checks so I'm fine! But yea just! KINDA NERVOUS IS ALL haven't simmed in a while heh.
I also have to wake up early to rebook bookings because I CONVENIENTLY FORGOT TODAY HAHA WELL. Yep. That is my life sigh.

Things I also like a lot! SHO'S RAPPING. I really do like rapping, but something about Sho just! I love his empowering raps, not the OH I'M A FUCKING BADASS WATCH ME SPIT RHYMES FASTER THAN YOUR MIND CAN FOLLOW FO SHIZZLE kind, it's just that! Well I don't usually hear raps that aren't about angsty things or angry things, just plain happy and proud and just! Yes! Also he uses lulzy rap-language but WELL LET US IGNORE THAT haha his raps are genuinely empowering and they really make me feel happy :D Have I mentioned how his rap in Still... is one of my favourite things ever and the main reason I love the song? Whenever I hear it I must focus entirely on the rap because it's really gorgeous, and it's super meaningful to me ♥ Sho's not a speed rapper, he's a rhythm and flow rapper and I just really love that about him. I feel that his recent raps have been disappointing, maybe because of the new direction Arashi is pursuing and lack of... idk, proper communication? And synchrony between the backtrack and his raps. But I really love Sho's raps and NOTHING ABOUT THAT IS GOING TO CHANGE IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

The admin's changed, though, and I like her, she's one of the people who've been there since 2008 (when I started) but idk. UVERfandom's definitely changed, but I still love UVERworld like crazy but I've been so inactive in fandom after fandom... just. Withered away, in a sense.
It's not that UVERworld isn't popular - just not internationally. They're known, at the very most, for doing the theme song for a million animes (Bleach, D.Gray Man, Ao no Exorcist) but not enough for anyone to be a huge fan, as big as we are.
